Ember and soot

A night radiating with tender affection

Glimmering in nest

Between our bodies

There is a ray of light

Flowing parallel to this stream

One side the ember and soot of

Darkness mingling with midnight air

The sharp pointed thorns pricking delicate feet

For me, where you have been standing and waiting

The other side, a chalice inundated

With intoxicating wine

The rose petals soft like fur

This is paradise, the world will see

Yet, I would listen to my heart’s story

And choose the path of ember and soot

Your falling tears, singing our love fable

Shall melt sharp thorns turning flossy and mushy

Think not once I made a sacrifice, for

This is no sacrifice, forget not

A lover’s heart always reside

Secretly close to his beloved

The life sizzling in untoward situation

Days and nights lost their melodies

Nestling in solitude

After the day’s toil under the burning sun

This heart longs for you

When I stroll amidst the crowd

To efface the sins, streaming with blood

In mesmerizing trance, a lover

Looks like a lonely musk deer wandering for love

Everything changes in sooth, yet

My kingdom denies falling

My paradise emitting the

Luster that you brought to this inner facet

I lay my heart, at your altar

Hold it delicately

It’s weak, hurt and soaked

In hidden abstruse pain

A gale of torrid heat asks you to

Unburden this choking heaviness

Covered in mystical fog

Drop all your jewels

With your warm kisses

And endless hugs

So I could die like

A lover’s slave

When I lay my heart at your altar

Love - Undying Passion

Love is the breath of life. As breath is required to live so is love. As rain washes and cleanses our heart love too cleanses and purifies our feelings. It heals and sooths the wounds. Love has the capacity to open the closed arms. It can bring smiles in eyes filled with tears. Love can change the view and bring happiness to every crushed soul. Love is that peace which reaffirms that everything will be fine. It is the most soft yet at the same time most powerful emotion. Love covers all from yearnings, pain, sorrows, separation, hurt and amalgam to union. Love traverse from words only to reach silence, for in deep silence only hearts communicates.

I would not say that the way in which I had described the love is the perfect way, for every soul describes and expresses love in his unique way, and every way is magical. And, the best art of this magic is that the souls, the one expression love expanding his heart and the one receiving love and enlarging the cup of heart feels the magnificence of love.

I have tried in a very small way to express divine love through words, yet what experience brings the bliss and the peace and serenity can’t be just traced in words. Here are few poems which may resonate with your breath and if your heart does skip its beat while reading then its love, yes your love.
