A night radiating with tender affection

Glimmering in nest

Between our bodies

There is a ray of light

Flowing parallel to this stream

One side the ember and soot of

Darkness mingling with midnight air

The sharp pointed thorns pricking delicate feet

For me, where you have been standing and waiting

The other side, a chalice inundated

With intoxicating wine

The rose petals soft like fur

This is paradise, the world will see

Yet, I would listen to my heart’s story

And choose the path of ember and soot

Your falling tears, singing our love fable

Shall melt sharp thorns turning flossy and mushy

Think not once I made a sacrifice, for

This is no sacrifice, forget not

A lover’s heart always reside

Secretly close to his beloved
