We live in a dual or polarized world where everything is dual like day and night, good and evil, positive and negative, ups and downs, happiness and sorrows, good luck and bad luck and the list goes on and on. So there exist positive and negative energy in this universe. And these vibrations or energy does affect the every person on this Earth. Man finds his answers within himself by going deep down via self introspection.

What exactly is Self-Introspection?

You all must have heard this saying that “Go within and find all answers”, because they lie there. This is actually self-introspection, where you sit with your own self and have a deep long talk with your own very self about your concerning issues, your feelings, your emotions, your life, where are you heading in your life? What do you want? What kind of life you want? How see and you feel about yourself? Everything that surrounds you and your life becomes the center of your search because it does bother you somewhere.

Methods of Self- Introspection

The most important thing is to find time for yourself and of course a silent place where only tranquility befriends you. First of all, you will have to find out what is troubling you? The cause or the many causes of your problem, like physical reasons, emotional reasons, psychological reasons and financial reasons. Once you find the reasons behind the problem, start breaking them into small parts and solving them step by step. You have to begun all this with positive mindset or with positive thinking because the power of positive thinking will change your thinking habits. NO need to judge you at this junction because judging yourself here will create bitterness and also at times people defend themselves for their wrongs unknowingly ego tries to win the battle. But, yes you can make use of one of the very good tool here and i.e., acceptance. Now, you need to detach yourself from your problems because turbulent emotions create distorted image of circumstances and life. Don’t limit your solutions or thinking. This brings limitation in thinking and creates limiting beliefs. What we want to manifest first needs our feelings and equally our belief because until we change our feeling and belief systems we cannot operate and change our environment. We need to know what is limiting us whether its money problem, relationships problems, our dangerous fears, anxiety, insecurity, self-doubt, low self-esteem, our limited ego even can create a huge problem.

Knowing the right answers - Self  Knowledge

Sometimes we are responsible for not changing circumstances. Like we resist change, never do we engage in self introspection. We believe our limited perception. We are unable to expand our vision, because we fear of losing, we fear if we have to see or face any loss. Ego is of both kind superiority complex and inferiority complex. Feeling and believing higher or superior than others due to the darkness spread by pride will take you to a path where you can easily fall. Inferiority complex makes you feel victimized, helpless and burdened by problems. Now, suppose you feel like a victimized person, then you are in a helpless state where a person cannot even help himself. He has lost all his ability to re-work on his life. He has lost his skill to use inner tools and strength to face and accept and change things for the better. He doesn’t feel empowered. Benefits of self introspection are many, which you will see and feel after doing it only. One more thing, here Meditation also helps in finding answers. It directs you towards self awareness.

Positive Thinking changes perception

Positive thinking is not only a profound cure but it saves from lot of other diseases of life.   The power of positive thinking opens all doors at your end. All the solutions lie at your own end. You just have to expand your vision. Expansion that arise from the soul while allow you to see bigger pictures of life, or big and better answers. So rise again with inner power and strength for your survival. After going through deep self introspection don’t think problems as problems, because then your mind will change its attitude, and will not be on the opposite side rather by being positive it will start sending thoughts that are inspiring and uplifting this changes your mood and feeling from low energy to higher energy so that you rise from lower vibrations. Then you attract solutions, ways to solve your problems, your attitude changes so does your approach. You become friendly with your own self, with your own mind. This creates balance and harmony. You started feeling positive every time you notice a negative thought appearing witness it by being detached see that it is arising welcome and let that pass don’t attach you emotions and feelings to that though because then you are empowering it and believing it to be true. Your habit of noticing these thoughts will save you from unwanted drama that mood or low feelings create.
