Love is never far

In sooth, we are far from each other

But, the bond we share is not contingent on space and time

Love has instilled in me immense strength

I draw the faith from constellation of stars

To be with you, when shattered and destroyed

You lost your name, your trust faded

You kept reading your previous stories in the daylight

And return to me only in the darkness

Is this not love, yet, I could never confess

How do I name it?

I sometimes think what name can I assign to it?

Or is there any need to name it?

Every name falls short in front of love

I shall not blame you for unrequited love

It takes courage

To blot out wounds from heart

Like, cutting an ounce of one’s own flesh

And let it bleed

Will you not join your hands for a broken heart?

The jar laden with bruises snapped

I have credence, the majestic soul

Shall catch before it touches the ground

Only to effectuate

The purpose of love

If love would suffice, I would give you all
